I'll be gone for a few days. My best friend since childhood passed away yesterday. This is for you Claire. Don't think you can walk away from 40 years of friendship by dying. Nope, it's not gonna happen. We have one more trip to New Orleans left.......promise. You always said that you felt peaceful there and wished you could stay there forever. I'll do my best to make that happen.

Im so sorry Evelyn that you've lost your best friend,my best friend of 30yrs nearly died this time last year and I was so upset at the thought she might die,so I can only half imagine how you must be feeling.I've seen a few layouts you have done in tribute to your friend and they are lovely,which makes me think that she was lucky to have such a caring friend as you.
